Career Clarity Session and Report
This session is your opportunity to find clarity and take control of your professional journey. Together, we’ll delve into your career goals, uncover your strengths, and craft a personalised plan to guide you forward.
This session is ideal if:
- You’re unsure about your next career move.
- You feel stuck or unmotivated in your current role.
- You’re navigating a career change or seeking new opportunities.
- You want to align your career with your personal values and aspirations.
What to expect in the session.
- A one hour consultation where we discuss your career history in detail so I can understand more about your background.
- In that session, I get a sense of the types of roles that considers what you’re capable of doing as well as what you have a preference to do so that you can secure a role you enjoy
After the session, I send you a 40 page presentation within 5 working days tailored to you which outlines the following.
- Your Key Transferable Skills including rationale on what these are and how you’ve achieved them
- Your Preferences based on our discussion where key themes are selected around the type of work you would enjoy.
- 5 roles aligned to your preferences with information on the industries you should target, what key transferable skills you have including a match rating, a description of the roles and what development areas you should consider by role
- 5 other roles based on your skills to indicate what else you could undertake for your visibility without considering preferences.
Once you’ve received the report and digested the contents, we move onto your Job Search Strategy
60 minute Job Search Strategy
Considering the findings from your Career Clarity Report, we will work together to define your Job Search Strategy and determine which roles are best for you to target.
