The Career Transformation Ultimate package is a combination of the Career, CV and Interview Ultimate packages aimed for those who need a complete career transformation and needs end to end support at an accelerated pace.
We’d start with a 75 minute session where I’d get to learn all about your career history
This consultation helps me to understand your key skills and experience as well as helping me to identify what makes you unique and stand out from others who are applying for the roles you are interested in. I’d also use the session to understand more around your preferences to help me make recommendations for roles you’d have the transferable skills to complete.
After the session, I send you a 30 page Career Clarity Report within 3 working days tailored to you which outlines the following.
- Your Key Transferable Skills including rationale on what these are and how you’ve achieved them
- Your Preferences based on our discussion where key themes are selected around the type of work you would enjoy.
- 5 roles aligned to your preferences with information on the industries you should target, what key transferable skills you have including a match rating, a description of the roles and what development areas you should consider by role
- 5 other roles based on your skills to indicate what else you could undertake for your visibility without considering preferences.
Within three working days, you’ll receive a new CV written by Tony McBride, a Certified CV Writer which is an ATS friendly two-page format which is styled in a way that makes it easy for you to tailor for various roles which you are applying for. If you would like, you can also send me a job description that you are interested in so I can tailor it directly towards this for you.
I will also produce a Cover Letter for you based on your new CV tailored for the job description you’ve shared.
LinkedIn Optimisation
Once I’ve completed your CV, the next step is for me to produce an optimised LinkedIn profile which will align with your CV and attract hiring managers to you with vacancies. I will send you a form to capture information and within 3 working days, send you a report with instructions on steps you need to take to optimise your LinkedIn profile.
Feedback Service on Tailored CV’s for one month*.Â
The CV will be written in a way which makes it easier for you to tweak and amend it based on the job roles you are applying for. Once you have tailored your CV to match a new job you’re applying for, I can review it and provide feedback within two working days with suggestions on what worked well and what could be improved.
60 Minute One to One Tailored Interview Training Session
In this one to one Interview Preparation consultation, we would work together on the Interview Preparation Course but tailor the sessions to your specific role and include a live roleplay interview scenario to receive some initial practice. After the session, you will be sent the recording and the interview preparation toolkit to help you prepare for your mock interview.
Mock Interview
In this 90 minute session, we will conduct a 60 minute Mock Interview with you which is tailored towards the job description you have shared with me and your CV. This gives you an opportunity to rehearse your interview skills in a safe space once you have thoroughly prepared your interview examples from the initial coaching session.
Interview Feedback
In the same session, I will provide you with feedback on what went well and what could be improved so that you can take this feedback and practice before the real thing.
Interview Recording
Whilst I will provide you with comprehensive feedback, clients often tell me that the experience really helps most when they watch the interview back as this helps them see for themselves the things that work well and what can be improved which helps embed the learning further. I will also record my feedback and share the notes from the interview which you can reference back to.
One Month* Coaching Subscription
This service is aimed at providing you with ongoing support to help you secure the role you are aiming for.
With 60 minutes of coaching time, we can use it to develop a plan to help with your job search strategy or development goals to achieve that role. I can also review your CV or have a look over your interview answers.
You can use the time as you see fit to help support your goals, either as 1 x 1 hour session or 2 x 30 minute sessions.
You can also WhatsApp me with queries and I will respond within one working day. Clients use this service to send me job descriptions to get my opinion on whether their suitable, check your CV before applying to see if it’s tailored correctly or seek advice on anything related to their career.
