What is Group Coaching?

It’s a 90 minute guided session, hosted by yours truly, where a small cohort of up to 5 people tackles their career challenges together.

You’ll present your current hurdle to the group, and we’ll collectively consider solutions and offer practical advice.

What to Expect:

• Elevator Pitch Practice: We’ll kick off with a 60-second elevator pitch from each participant. This is a brilliant chance to hone your networking skills in a safe space.
• Creating a Safe Space: We’ll establish clear boundaries and confidentiality agreements, ensuring everyone feels comfortable sharing their experiences.
• Sharing & Support: Each person will have around five minutes to present their challenge, followed by ten minutes of feedback and suggestions from myself and the group.
• Actionable Takeaways: You’ll leave the session with concrete tips and strategies to address your specific concerns.
