Where My Career Started
I started my career at age 19 in a fast-scaling financial services firm, before moving to Santander and PwC. Those 18 years in corporate environments gave me first-hand insight into how organisations recognise talent and make hiring decisions.
Over the last 10 years, my focus was workforce planning. At PwC, I matched people across risk, compliance, finance, accounting, transformation, and tech to critical client opportunities, coaching them on their CVs and interview preparation.

A More Personal Purpose
Why I Started Coaching
As I moved into senior management, I found myself missing the direct coaching that had been such a rewarding part of my work. In the evenings and at weekends, I began helping friends and family who were navigating redundancies and uncertain next steps.
I founded my coaching practice in 2024 and went full-time six months later. Today, I help professionals articulate their worth and land roles that fit their skills and lifestyle.
