Tony McBride to Lead 'Building a Tech CV' Workshop at NI Dev Conf 2026 in ICC Belfast

The Northern Ireland Developer Conference (NI Dev Conf 2026) has announced that Tony McBride will lead a specialist workshop titled "Building a Tech CV" at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Belfast on Saturday 21 November 2026.

With corporate vacancies attracting an average of 240+ applications, small positioning errors frequently cost skilled technical talent interview invitations. In this 60-minute session in Room 2A, Tony will demonstrate how developers, QA specialists, data experts, and technology leaders can structure their CVs to clearly showcase architectural impact, delivery outcomes, and team leadership.

The session draws directly on Tony's 8 years leading resourcing in PwC's Tech Managed Services business, providing practical techniques that bridge the gap between technical execution and senior recruitment expectations.
